Tutors providing services through TutorsPro are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of TutorsPro. TutorsPro does not control, direct, or supervise tutors' work schedules, teaching methods, lesson plans, or interactions with students.
Tutors are solely responsible for setting their own availability, preparing materials, and delivering tutoring sessions. As independent contractors, tutors are not covered by any employment laws applicable to employees and are responsible for all tax obligations, business registrations, and compliance with any applicable laws governing their work.
TutorsPro does not conduct criminal background checks or verify tutors' credentials beyond the application process. Students and parents are responsible for assessing a tutor's suitability.
TutorsPro assumes no liability for any claims, disputes, damages, or injuries arising from tutoring sessions, including but not limited to:
Any disputes between students and tutors must be resolved directly between the involved parties. TutorsPro is not responsible for enforcing agreements, commitments, or expectations made between tutors and students. While TutorsPro may assist in dispute resolution at its sole discretion, it is not obligated to do so.
To protect TutorsPro's business interests, all independent contractors, including tutors, promoters, and trainers, agree that for a period of 12 months following their last engagement with TutorsPro, they shall not directly solicit or attempt to solicit any current or former TutorsPro students or clients for private tutoring services outside of TutorsPro.
This restriction does not prevent tutors from offering their own tutoring services independently, but they may not actively recruit or solicit clients whom they originally connected with through TutorsPro.
Independent contractors further agree not to disclose or use TutorsPro's trade secrets, client lists, pricing structures, or internal business processes for personal gain or to benefit a competing business. Any violation of this agreement may result in legal action, including but not limited to injunctive relief and reasonable damages.
TutorsPro reserves the right to waive or modify these terms on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.
All content, branding, logos, and proprietary materials on the TutorsPro platform, including website design, features, and technology, are the exclusive property of TutorsPro and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or reproduced without express written permission.
Tutors providing services through TutorsPro retain ownership of any original lesson materials, notes, or teaching resources they create. However, by using the platform, tutors grant TutorsPro a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute these materials for educational purposes, quality control, and promotional use.
Students are permitted to use lesson notes, explanations, and other tutoring materials provided during their sessions for personal academic purposes only. These materials may not be shared, copied, resold, or distributed outside of TutorsPro without explicit permission from the tutor and TutorsPro.
TutorsPro is not responsible for verifying the originality of tutor-provided materials, and any disputes regarding intellectual property ownership must be resolved between the involved parties.
We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.

If you are a resident of California, you may choose to bring an individual claim in small claims court in your county of residence, provided the claim qualifies for small claims under California law.
Users agree that any claims against TutorsPro must be brought individually and not as part of a class action, consolidated lawsuit, or representative proceeding.
